Creating QR Codes Using Mobilefish.com:
1 - Go to mobilefish.com
2 - Under Tutorials click on QR Code
3 - Click on 'An online QR Code generator'
4 - Scroll down the page and follow the instructions listed
5 - Click on 'Generate'
Now you have your very own QR Code!
